Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
• Provide technical presentations, product demos, and equipment specifications to prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution documentation.

Post-Sales Support:

• Provide installation, training, and after-sales technical support for medical equipment.
• Ensure smooth handover of equipment and conduct application/user training for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues post-installation.

Sales & Application Visits (Occasional)

• Visit hospitals, clinics, or labs for product presentations, demos, or technical clarifications.
• Support the sales team during client meetings with technical insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Prior experience in pre/post-sales or application specialist roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software.
• Experience in handling tenders or technical documentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a biomedical or medical devices role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear customer communication.
• Knowledge of medical equipment.
