Job Summary:

The Hospital Billing Manager will oversee the billing and revenue cycle operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing for all patient services. The role involves managing the billing team, coordinating with departments, maintaining insurance claim accuracy, and ensuring smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital billing department.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of medical claims (cashless and reimbursement).
• Monitor and manage outstanding receivables and ensure effective collection processes.
• Review billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
• Coordinate with the insurance desk, TPA, finance, and front office teams for seamless billing operations.
• Handle patient billing queries and resolve disputes professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and audit trails.
• Prepare periodic financial and MIS reports for management review.
• Train and guide billing staff to ensure adherence to billing standards and procedures.
• Stay updated on healthcare billing regulations, GST implications, and TPA/insurance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospital Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in hospital billing or revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, TPA coordination, and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,516.79 - ₹25,000.00 per month
