Job Title:

Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify

  Running Account (RA) bills

  , final bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Validate

  BOQ quantities, rate analysis, and scope variations

  as per contract terms.
• Coordinate with

  project, QS, procurement, and accounts

  teams for timely billing and payments.
• Handle

  client billing, milestone invoicing, and consultant certification

  processes.
• Maintain

  billing registers, cost summaries, and project-wise MIS reports

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  WCT, TDS, GST, and retention clauses

  .
• Review and monitor

  cash flow projections, cost control, and budget utilization

  .
• Manage documentation and audit requirements for all billing-related activities.
  
• Support in

  finalization of work orders, contracts, and rate justifications

  .
• Implement process improvements and billing standardization across projects.
