Key Responsibilities

• Accurately generate and process customer bills/invoices using Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime
• Maintain and update records of all transactions, including sales invoices, purchase bookings, delivery challans, RMA items, etc., with regular coordination with the factory team
• Liaise with sales, service, purchase, and accounts departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of billing and documentation
• Identify and reconcile any billing discrepancies and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolutions
• Ensure all billing and financial documents are well-organized and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes
• Create basic reports in MS Excel, including use of formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Tally ERP9 or Tally Prime this is a mandatory requirement
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Manufacturing, Trading, or Service industry
• Draft and share dispatch-related emails with customers and internal departments using MS Word and Outlook
