Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Khatiwala Tank, Indore

Department: Finance / Accounts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, or work completion reports.
• Review billing data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Post invoices into accounting or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
• Generate periodic billing reports for management.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT, etc.).
• Maintain organized records of all billing transactions.
• Assist in audit processes and financial reconciliations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific] billing (e.g., healthcare, logistics, SaaS).
• Knowledge of GST or other regional tax systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
