Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and references. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Medical, IT, and Non-IT roles. Maintain and update candidate databases and reports. HR Operations Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires. Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance. Support performance appraisal processes. Employee Engagement Plan and implement employee engagement activities. Handle employee grievances and provide HR support. Build a positive and performance-driven workplace culture. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred). One to three years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling patient care, emergencies, and routine clinical duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide round-the-clock patient care and monitor patient conditions. Conduct initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients. Manage OP, IP, ICU, Casualty, Emergency , depending on posting. Assist senior doctors and specialists during procedures and rounds. Administer medications, IV fluids, and order necessary investigations. Handle medical emergencies , stabilize patients, and coordinate with specialists. Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
