Bidding Manager

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  detailed costing and estimation

  for large-scale airport integration projects.
• Analyze

  RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, and tender documents

  ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop

  techno-commercial proposals

  in coordination with Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Liaise with

  OEMs, subcontractors, and vendors

  for pricing and technical details.
• Manage

  bid strategy, pricing approval, and submission timelines.

• Ensure profitability through

  cost optimization

  and

  competitive pricing models.

• Maintain

  vendor databases

  , cost sheets, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for post-bid clarifications and negotiations.

🎓 Qualification & Skills:

• B.Tech / B.E.

  (Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical preferred)

• MBA / PGDM

  (optional but preferred for managerial positions)
• 8–12 years of experience in

  tendering, costing, and bid management

  (Airport / Defence / EPC industry).
• Proficiency in

  Excel, costing tools, BOQ preparation, and bid management software.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to

  System Integrator / Turnkey project environments

  is a must.
