Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Gurgaon. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer service relationships, facilitating communication between sales teams and clients, and supporting sales operations. Daily tasks include processing orders, managing delivery schedules, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports. The role requires close coordination with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in aviation or defense industry is a plus
