Bid Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire bid process from proposal creation to submission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance ) to develop competitive proposals. Define and implement effective bid strategies to maximize win potential. Create, review, and edit bid documents, proposals, and presentations. Act as the central point of contact for all bid-related activities. Manage bid-related risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with all legal, commercial, and contractual requirements. Provide post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role. Proven success in managing and winning bids, particularly in IT, Cybersecurity , or Managed Services sectors. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy.
