Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in managing Android and iOS devices in a large enterprise environment using Microsoft Intune . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and integration purposes. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Support and troubleshoot Android and iOS device configurations, policies, and compliance settings. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk configuration management. Utilize Graph API to enhance Intune capabilities and integrate with other Microsoft 365 services. Implement security best practices for device compliance, data protection, and endpoint security. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless mobile device experiences for end-users. Provide technical guidance and training to IT teams and end-users. Stay updated on Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, Graph API, and security best practices to enhance the organizations mobile management capabilities. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in managing Intune for mobile devices (Android & iOS) in large enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of mobile device policies, compliance, and security best practices . Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Experience working with Microsoft Graph API for automation and data retrieval. Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Identity Protection . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications (Certifications are a Plus): MD-101 : Managing Modern Desktops MD-102 : Endpoint Administrator MS-102 : Microsoft 365 Administrator SC-300 : Identity and Access Administrator MS-500 : Security Administrator Key Skills: Microsoft Intune (MDM, MAM) PowerShell Scripting Graph API Android & iOS Device Management Azure Active Directory (AAD) Conditional Access & Security Policies Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Security
