Job Description

Role: System Administrator Responsibilities: 1. clear knowledge on how to handle the computers(monitors),laptop, and network issues 2.if juniors are not available, should be able to manage and should be capable 3.should know how to solve os , networking issues and he has to resolve them, end to end service 4.laptop desktop end to end point devices, any performance related issues, os issues or network issues like wifi is not working or outlook, excel is hanging should be able to resolve, file is not accessing, browser is not working these issues should fix 5.if required should know to re-format the device,how to recover backup, should be able to identify what needs to be secured, unusual activity happening in the laptop the candidate has to identify 6.security team giving task like installing anti-virus for 10systems or not working, should connect with the user and check whether they can remotely solve their issue or check whether they are on leave or what 7.good cloud computing knowledge on cloud(Azure,AWS). 8. should know about VPN , suppose vpn is not connecting , then should be able to solve a client or employee's vpn troubleshoot issues remotely.
