As an admission counselor at ITLH, your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, screening and interviewing candidates, hiring new employees, and overseeing onboarding formalities. You will also be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance review procedures, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance among employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, assessing training needs, and coordinating learning and development initiatives. As the point of contact for labor legislation issues, you will manage employee grievances, create referral bonus programs, and monitor employee retention and turnover rates. Your role will also involve overseeing the daily operations of the HR department. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar position. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, experience in full-cycle recruiting, demonstrable leadership abilities, good communication skills, and an MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field are also required. Summary of Responsibilities: Manage Rewards Vendors and liaise with other external partners. Educates vendors on the minimum requirements for a payment to be made. Chase vendor for invoice or corrections as necessary. Creating, tracking and or extending POs as necessary and getting the required level of approval. Support Benefit Managers in a variety of significant projects. Supports benefits managers in the regions for benefits renewals as required under guidance from respective benefits leaders and external consultants Monitor cost saving activity and report to Benefit Leaders. Act as point of contact for all escalated queries from Global People Services, providing answers or guidance as necessary. Lead and complete benefit surveys as required. Supports the creation and maintenance of benefits process documents. Submits data to provider and payroll in respect of the Benefits, Pension Scheme and Healthcare policies for example, in multiple countries. Qualifications (Minimum Required): Bachelors degree required. Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements. Experience (Minimum Required): Minimum 6 years of Benefits management experience in APAC/EMEA/LATAM regions Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
