Job Description

As an HR Executive/Manager at the AdBlue manufacturing company in Raipur, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Designing compensation and benefits packages - Implementing performance review procedures - Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them - Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques - Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees - Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues - Managing employees" grievances - Overseeing daily operations of the HR department To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Solid communication skills The company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit.
