You will be joining Information Technology Learning Hub (ITLH), an ed-tech company that focuses on providing high-quality learning experiences to its students in the field of UIUX and web development. Founded by serial entrepreneurs, ITLH aims to create a high-growth environment for its team members. **Responsibilities:** - Handling the entire recruitment process - Screening candidates and conducting interviews - Hiring candidates and responsible for onboarding formalities - Designing compensation and benefits packages - Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually) - Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them - Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques - Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees - Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues - Managing employees grievances - Creating and running referral bonus programs - Measuring employee retention and turnover rates - Managing daily operations of the HR department **Requirements:** - Proven 1+ work experience as an HR Executive or similar role - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Demonstrable leadership abilities - Good communication skills - MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field ITLH, founded by serial entrepreneurs including founders of Centillion Tech, aims to bridge the skill gap between college education and industry needs.
