HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations Executive at Panobiz Business Technologies, your role will involve overseeing all functions of the Human Resources department and providing essential support to our employees. Your responsibilities will include setting objectives for the HR team, monitoring internal HR systems and databases, reviewing and approving budgets, designing and implementing company policies, and monitoring key HR metrics. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, create detailed reports on HR costs, recommend new software to address personnel needs, and address employee queries on compensation and labor regulations.
