About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to handle recruitment, HR operations, and client coordination, including client onboarding through our portal, in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Operations

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports
• Manage attendance, leave records, and daily HR operations

Client Onboarding & Coordination

• Handle client onboarding through the company portal
• Collect and verify client documents and details
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
• Regular follow-ups with clients for coordination and support

Office, Team & Client Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between management, team, and clients
• Ensure smooth internal team coordination
• Handle client communication professionally and efficiently

Invoicing & Administration

• Prepare and manage client invoices
• Track invoices and assist in payment follow-ups
• Support management with administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR operations & recruitment (same domain)
• Experience in client onboarding and coordination
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in a Digital Marketing / IT company
• Organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional
