• Manage HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMS administration • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities • Prepare and maintain HR MIS, audit data, and ensure data accuracy • Address employee queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Hands-on experience in HR operations and statutory compliance • Working knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
