Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer - Fleet located in Rajkot. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with fleet owners, addressing their queries and grievances, facilitating finance and insurance products, and supporting sales initiatives. The role includes building and maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the fleet management operations.
