Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage provider onboarding, training, payroll coordination, and therapy intern operations across international markets. This role requires strong communication skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to work with diverse global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and training for healthcare providers
• Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payment-related queries
• Oversee therapy intern programs and provider groups
• Act as the primary point of contact for provider-related concerns
• Improve provider satisfaction through timely support and process improvement
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional international teams

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in HR, operations, or provider management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with international teams or global stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
