Role Overview: As a HR/Training Manager, your role will involve monitoring internal HR systems and databases, addressing employee relations issues, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring legal compliance. You will also be responsible for designing HR policies, compensation and benefits packages, and supporting all functions of the business to work together. Delegating responsibilities, providing training, and ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals will be key aspects of your role.
