Deputy Manager - Human Resources

Role Overview: As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages that are competitive within the industry and compliant with legal requirements. This includes creating salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance options, retirement plans, and various other perks. You will also be in charge of job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative worth of different roles and establish internal equity. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Conducting job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative worth of jobs and establish internal equity. - Designing and managing the company's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. - Overseeing the entire performance appraisal cycle, providing training and support to managers and employees to ensure fair, effective, and timely evaluations. - Training managers on conducting effective performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and setting meaningful goals. - Analyzing performance data to identify trends, high-potential employees, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in compensation and benefits design, job analysis, and performance management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training managers and employees on performance management processes. - Proficiency in using performance management software or platforms for data analysis and reporting.,
