Human Resource Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing hiring processes. Your extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation will be essential for success in this role. Your strategic decisions will ensure the company hires, develops, and retains qualified employees effectively. Your responsibilities and duties will include: - Designing compensation and benefits packages - Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) - Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them - Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques - Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees - Monitoring the HR department's budget - Acting as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues - Managing employees" grievances - Creating and running referral bonus programs - Reviewing current HR technology and recommending more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) - Measuring employee retention and turnover rates - Overseeing the daily operations of the HR department The skills required for this role include: - Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role - Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance) - Demonstrable leadership abilities - Solid communication skills - BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field In addition, you will be expected to: - Create channels of communication within the organization - Serve as the main point of communication between employees and top-level management - Help employees empathize and connect with people, understand their problems, and offer solutions These qualifications and experiences will enable you to excel in this HR Executive role.,
