Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Electrical & Electronics Test Bench solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth in the test bench market for electrical and electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the electrical and electronics test bench market.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the electrical/electronics testing sector.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in industries utilizing electrical and electronics test benches.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; negotiate and close deals with potential clients.

- Product Positioning & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions for test bench solutions.

- Technical Engagement: Engage with technical stakeholders to understand testing needs and position company's test bench offerings effectively.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on business development activities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales within the electrical/electronics or testing equipment industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical and electronics testing principles and test bench applications.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.

- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.

- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generators, or specific test bench systems.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to electrical/electronics testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,247.81 - ₹15,000.00 per month
