BDE (Business Development Executive)

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing international clients, dealers, and distributors in the tyre industry. Your primary role will be to support lead generation, initiate communication via calls and emails, and assist in forging partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage outbound calls and email communication to international dealers, distributors, and potential clients.
• Research and identify new business opportunities in global markets.
• Support relationship-building activities with existing and prospective partners.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company’s products and solutions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client interactions.
• Maintain and update CRM tools and track leads and interactions.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–6 months of experience in sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional emails.
• Interest or basic knowledge of international business and tyre industry is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
