Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive - IT service Sales

Experience- 2 years

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT service sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and revenue achievement.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager/director on progress and any obstacles encountered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT service sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
