Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate digital marketing and creative solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to service offerings and strategies.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or design services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
