BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates (BBA, BSc, or related fields) to join our team as Business Development Executives (Field). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and want to kickstart their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers or clients.
• Learn and present company products/services to prospects in a clear and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
• Support the sales team in reaching regional targets and objectives.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities as required.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions.
• Gather market and customer information and report trends and insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Science (BSc), or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings.
• A proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided).

Preferred (but not required):

• Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics or customer behavior.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools or CRM software.
