Ltd. : Job Title: Creative Designer cum Tutor Location: Thiruvananthapuram Company: Adsomia India Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable) Reporting to: Lead Graphic Designer Experience Required: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply) Job Summary: Adsomia India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and talented individual who can combine creativity with mentorship. The ideal candidate will take on a dual role – as a Creative Designer responsible for designing visual content for campaigns and clients, and as a Tutor who can guide and train aspiring designers and interns within our academy or training program. Key Responsibilities:As a Creative Designer: Develop engaging visual content including branding materials, social media creatives, advertisements, and video storyboards. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver designs that align with client needs and campaign goals. Conceptualize original and creative design ideas for various platforms (digital and print). Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. As a Tutor: Train and mentor students, interns, and junior designers on design fundamentals, tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and industry best practices. Conduct workshops, sessions, and live demos on various aspects of creative design and content creation. Provide constructive feedback and guide learners in building a professional portfolio. Assist in curriculum development and improvement of the training module. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to teach, mentor, and communicate concepts clearly. Strong time management and organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred). Proven portfolio of design work is mandatory.
