Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 2–3 years of proven experience in student counseling or educational sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and a deep understanding of the admissions landscape. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, admission procedures, eligibility, and program benefits. Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups from prospective students. Guide students through the complete admission process from enquiry to final enrollment. Maintain detailed records of student interactions, applications, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for leads and campaign responses. Represent Campus Search during education fairs, seminars, and college connect programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and training centers. Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education or counseling is preferred. 2–3 years of experience in admission counseling, student support, or educational sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both in English and local language). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve enrollment targets. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. A student-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
