The responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing counseling on educational programs, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic paths. The role involves actively engaging with prospective students, responding to queries, evaluating applications, and tracking the enrollment process to ensure successful admissions. Collaboration with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and maintaining accurate records of student interactions are key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills Proficient in providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries effectively Sales skills to drive new admissions and meet enrollment targets Experience or understanding of the education industry is an advantage Proficiency in working with CRM systems and basic computer applications is desirable Ability to work in a structured and target-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional certifications in counseling or sales are a plus
