Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel Outlook-Emails and Business Analysis & Planning. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical and planning skills to drive business growth and success. Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets Oversee the analysis of market trends to identify new business opportunities Provide strategic planning and forecasting to support business objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports Manage email communications effectively using Outlook Conduct comprehensive business analysis to inform decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies Prepare detailed business plans and presentations for senior management Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business development activities Support the finance and accounting teams with relevant business insights Drive continuous improvement in business development processes Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Contribute to the companys purpose by driving sustainable business growth Impact society by promoting ethical business practices and corporate responsibility. Qualifications Must have advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting Must have strong experience with Outlook for managing professional communications Must have expertise in business analysis and strategic planning Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting domain Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Must have a proactive and results-oriented approach Must have the ability to collaborate with diverse teams Must have strong organizational and time management skills Must have the ability to adapt to changing business environments Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Must have a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
