Job Title: Sales and Business Development Lead Fund Administration

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales and Business Development Lead to expand our Fund Administration business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with fund managers and institutional investors, and driving revenue growth. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record in financial services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy

o Identify and develop new sales opportunities for fund administration services.

o Build and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting fund managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, alternative investment managers, Compliance advisory firms, law firms, family offices and institutional investors.

o Generate leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.

o Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

Client Relationship Management

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fund management ecosystem.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

o Provide consultative sales solutions and present product offerings to prospective clients.

Market & Competitive Analysis

o Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

o Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes in fund accounting and financial services.

o Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking

o Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

o Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing models and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

o 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the fund administration, fund accounting, asset management, or financial services sector.

o Strong network within the fund management fraternity, primarily alternative investment managers, private equity, hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors in Bangalore.
