Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in Business Operations Business Analysis & Planning and MS Excel. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities Lead the business development initiatives to drive growth and achieve company targets.Oversee the analysis and planning of business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis.Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to support company objectives.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and present findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Implement best practices in business operations to enhance productivity and profitability.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance metrics.Support the finance and accounting teams with relevant business insights and data analysis.Manage and optimize business processes to improve overall operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Operations Business Analysis & Planning and MS Excel.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is highly desirable.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Display a strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.
