Job Description

BBA Internship – Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across departments. Support data entry, reporting, and documentation work. Conduct basic market or competitor research under supervision. Prepare and format presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups with team members. Maintain records and organize files (digital or physical). Participate in team meetings and take meeting notes. Marketing (if applicable):Support in executing marketing campaigns (digital or offline). Assist with social media content planning and scheduling. Perform basic market research and competitor analysis. Help maintain CRM or email marketing tools. Human Resources (if applicable):Assist in sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews. Help maintain HR records and databases. Coordinate onboarding formalities for new interns or employees. Support employee engagement initiatives. Finance (if applicable):Assist in basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliations. Support budgeting or expense tracking processes. Help prepare Excel reports and maintain financial documents. Operations (if applicable):Help streamline process documentation. Monitor inventory or resource usage, if relevant.
