Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Record customer interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments when required. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain a courteous and professional manner with customers at all times. Suggest improvements in processes to enhance customer service quality. Skills & Competencies Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Patience, empathy, and ability to handle difficult customers. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of customer service software (CRM tools) preferred. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing speed, etc.).
