Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Bar Tender with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on new menu items and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Tender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective teamwork.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
A high level of attention to detail is needed to maintain quality and accuracy in work.
