Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender / Bar Captain to join our team at Cygnett Inn, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the bar area, including cleaning and organizing equipment.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers.
Maintain high customer service standards by responding to queries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or Bar Captain in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
