Job Description

Looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and menu items to make recommendations to customers.
Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods is necessary.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
