Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Barista based in Surat. The Senior Barista will oversee day-to-day operations, including preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing the customer experience, providing training and guidance to junior staff, and ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient. The role also involves maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and creating a welcoming environment for customers to enjoy their coffee experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and an understanding of coffee brewing techniques
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a positive, welcoming experience for customers
• Excellent Communication Skills for effective engagement with both customers and team members
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer experiences

Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
