Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Barista role based in Lucknow. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. Other tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper food preparation practices, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Barista skills and beverage preparation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional customer service abilities with a guest-focused approach
Basic understanding of food preparation and safety protocols
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage
