Job Description

AUM Designation: - Banking Assistant. Key Responsibilities Banking Operations Management Manage day-to-day banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. Maintain relationships with bank representatives for seamless operations and issue resolution. Ensure timely clearance of cheques and online payments. Coordinate with internal departments for banking documentation. Cash Flow & Fund Management Monitor company’s cash flow and bank balances daily. Plan and allocate funds as per operational and project requirements. Optimize use of overdraft limits, term loans, and credit lines. Forecast fund requirements and ensure availability of working capital. Bank Reconciliation Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Ensure accuracy in books vs. bank statements. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports for review. Loan & Credit Facility Management Liaise with banks for loans, working capital arrangements, and BG/LC processing. Maintain documentation and compliance for all banking facilities. Track EMIs, interest payments, and due dates of various financial obligations. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. Maintain up-to-date records of all banking transactions and facilities. Provide MIS reports related to banking operations to management. Required Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of banking operations and fund management. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and banking portals. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Good understanding of working capital loans, bank guarantees, and letters of credit. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple bank accounts and financial instruments efficiently. Educational Qualifications B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Additional certification in Banking, Treasury, or Finance is a plus. Candidate Requirements Industry Experience: 3–5 Years Prior experience in banking operations or treasury functions in a corporate environment. This is a Full-time and on-site job.
