Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality bakery products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Assist in planning and preparing special menus and promotions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the bakery's offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a bakery or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and techniques, including dough mixing and baking.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
