Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery (Commi-I) to join our team at Fortune Park Dahej, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing high-quality bread and pastries for guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bakery area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the bakery's offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi-I in a bakery or pastry chef role.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and decorating methods.
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service.
