Job Description

. Operational Management

  • Supervise daily back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, and internal controls.
  • Oversee file and database management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

2. Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, and evaluate back-office staff.
  • Assign tasks, set performance standards, and monitor productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports (operational, financial, and performance-related) for management.
  • Maintain risk-control practices and support internal/external audits.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide support to front-office teams by ensuring accurate and timely backend processes.
  • Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, documentation, and administrative bottlenecks.

5. Process Improvement

  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead or support operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or operations management.
  • Prior experience in team management is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and database management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
