Roles & Responsibilities :
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members or other departments as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer service activities, including key metrics and trends.
Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Office Executive - Admin Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive - Purchase Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the purchasing department by managing procurement activities, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
Order Processing: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods and services.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Cost Management: Analyze and evaluate cost-saving opportunities, negotiate prices, and manage budgets effectively.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
