The candidate should have a deep understanding of research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other relevant customer segments. Key Requirements 4-9 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the laboratory, scientific equipment, or consumables industry. Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and consumables. Familiarity with research institutions, pharmaceutical, and biotech organizations, including their procurement and operational needs. Solid grasp of sales promotion techniques, product positioning, and competitor analysis. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Ability to clearly present product features and benefits to potential customers.
