HR Executive

HR Executive & Admin Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team. This role involves managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, and policy enforcement. The HR Executive will serve as the main liaison between employers and employees, addressing sensitive issues and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role includes supporting company growth and handling administrative tasks like office procurement. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Hiring : Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. • Employee Management : Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, conduct performance reviews, and maintain employee records. • Policy Implementation : Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure policy adherence. • Communication : Act as the primary contact between employers and employees, facilitate open communication, and conduct regular employee meetings. • Company Growth Support : Collaborate with management on strategic goals, participate in workforce planning, and identify areas for improvement. • Administrative Support : Manage office procurement, coordinate with vendors, and assist with company events and employee engagement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven HR Executive experience. • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
