Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our IT Network & Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing tools, maintaining documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of backend IT support processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and update the IT ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Fresh desk).
  • Assign, track, and escalate support tickets to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain logs and reports using Microsoft Excel (including excel, word, charts, pivot tables).
  • Prepare documentation, emails, reports, and summaries using Microsoft Word.
  • Communicate with internal departments and clients for status updates and issue resolution.
  • Ensure SLA compliance by following up on pending requests and tickets.
  • Assist in asset tracking, user access management, and audit preparation.
  • Maintain and update internal records, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues, AMC renewals, or service requests.
  • Provide support for internal IT team in non-technical administrative tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a back office or IT support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service desk workflows.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
