A CCTV and Networking Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to CCTV systems and associated networking infrastructure . Design and Implementation: Overseeing the design and implementation of CCTV systems, access control systems, and associated networking infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating project teams, including electricians, technicians, and junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
