Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain databases, organize files, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, manage correspondence, organize meetings, and maintain office supplies.
  • Reporting: Generate reports, compile statistics, and assist with presentations for management.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments (sales, finance, HR) to facilitate operations and resolve issues.
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process Improvement: Help implement new procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and office software (MS Office, CRM).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
